In the middle of Playa del Ingles, on the main road Avenida de Tirajana, you will find Biceps Gym health and fitness centre.

Unlike a regular gym, they also have a bar, boutique and protein shop.  One of the reasons why Biceps Gym is loved, is the affordable prices they have compared to other gyms on the island.  If you are on holiday and want to have your daily workout, you can get a discount with a week pass, and also for residents there are some special prices.  The gym is open 365 days a year, Monday to Friday 08:00 AM till 22:00 PM, Saturdays from 14:00 PM till 21:00 PM and on Sunday (and holidays) from 17:00 PM till 21:00 PM.

The newest machines to use and spinning classes (in a group biking together with weights, on fantastic music to swipe you up) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 19:30 PM till 20:15 PM.
The right clothes for your workout, you can buy a shirt for only 9 euros.  In the protein shop you will find different energy drinks, (natural) muscle building supplements and high quality protein powders and drinks for the real fanatic athletes.  From creatin and amino products to energy-bars, you can find all of this in Biceps Gym.  After a good workout you can have a nice chat with your friends in the gym Pub.  You see, going to the gym need not be a punishment, it can also be very pleasant.

If you join the gym, they will ask you what your goals are.  The trainer will make a special program for you to follow, to get the quickest results in a safe, healthy way and to reach the targets you want.  He will give instruction in the use any of the machines and if you want some personal attention, always ask them for a personal trainer.  Biceps gym offers you all of that, in one package.
